July 2018 Pre-Trip Report part 1

In this blog post, I am going to give a Pre-Trip Report as I have done many times on Disney planning forums, however I am going to do it here right on our website! With our upcoming trip right around the corner, I find my stomach flipping with excitement just as I usually do. However, this particular trip is going to be even more magical for me than normal because it just so happens that Starstuff Travel is going to have its very first Disney World Agent Education Program (AEP) while we are ALREADY going to be in Walt Disney World on vacation. Talk about meant to be! I often find butterflies in my stomach, as this is going to be an amazing experience for me and I have to pinch myself because I can’t even believe that I get to do something this cool. You will be able to follow our adventures on our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/StarstuffTravelByChrisAndLauren/ , as I will be going live and posting photos and videos multiple times during our trip. We will be staying for nearly 2 weeks. We will be with Chris’s family- his mom, brother, sister, brother in law, nephew, and niece. We will be staying at 4 different resorts (talk about resort hopping!) We (Lauren, Chris, and Tristan) will be arriving a day earlier than the rest of our family because we found that the price of a flight plus one night’s accommodation was the same price as flying down the next day. The rest of Chris’s family are driving down from our home near Pittsburgh, PA, and it takes two...

Our Epic Disneymoon!

This is the trip report of an EPIC journey of two Disney Nerds in which we stayed at Boardwalk Villas, we cruised on the DisneyDream, and returned to WDW to stay at Wilderness Lodge Villas. AND it just so happens to be our Honeymoon, which made it even more amazing! We went through David’s Vacation Club Rentals for our accommodations at Boardwalk and Wilderness Lodge. I highly recommend them! We’ve booked multiple trips using them and have absolutely thrilled every time we’ve used them. www.dvcrequest.com Characters: Lauren (your trip writer extraordinaire), Chris, and a Yeti (I’ll explain later.) Our wedding was held on August 11, 2012 in Johnstown, PA, where Chris grew up. You can watch our VIDEO trip report vlogs HERE. Please subscribe to our channel because we post ALL of our trip vlogs! After a year-long engagement, our wedding took place on August 11, 2012. It was truly the best day of our lives. We had 260-some guests, and we partied our buns off! The only thing wrong was that it went entirely too fast. You have something you look forward to and spend SO much time planning, and it is over in the blink of an eye. Thankfully we hired some very talented photographers and videographers to help us remember that day for the rest of our lives. The honeymoon trip report really starts the following day. So here we go!! Day 1: Sunday, August 12, 2012: We woke up and had a lovely, nutritious breakfast of COOKIES! If you live in the Pittsburgh area or have ever been to a wedding in the vicinity, you...
